Cards a plenty...

I've been making card every chance I get. There's been so many birthdays and special occasions lately.  I get so behind with blogging so please forgive me.  I will attempt to get my creations posted as I make them.  Here are a few I've done lately.  For a new nephew born in Sept.  The blue matting & the plaid background was cut my Silhouette and the "baby" focal is a ready made 3D sticker from  AC Moore craft store.
This one was for a co-worker's birthday.  She loves to cycle and was planning 300 mile cycling trip right after her birthday so I couldn't resist this one.  The image the grass are Silhouette cut files
from the Silhouette online store.

The clouds and ground I did by masking and sponging using Memento ink pads & sponge daubers and I used stickles on the sun.

This next one was for a male co-worker, so I did it pretty clean cut. I still have to really think about making masculine cards but I thought this was pretty safe.
This one was for someone who had a recent loss in her family.
These I donated to a group that gave them to critically ill patients just to brighten their day.

Lately I've also been working on making mini albums.  I see so many on Pinterest that I just love so I'm trying to hone my skills and make a couple albums for myself. Hopefully I have something to post soon.  Also I need to work on getting a stock pile of cards.  I've been making them as I need them but sometimes I just done have time so it will be good to have a few to pull from with I need something quickly.

Have a great weekend all & happy crafting!

I've newly found your blog. These cards are lovely, you have a talent for paper scrapping. I also have a blog, except I scrap digitally. Feel free to look me up. It was nice to "meet" you through your creative expression! http://scrapnfitz.blogspot.com/
